📋 HOW TO CUSTOMIZE ORDER
- Select shirt size and color
- Place your order
- Send an email to: leslie(at)poedesigns.com
- Attach a high-quality, brightly lit photo of your pet
- Include your custom Text/Name and your order #
- We will email your pet shirt mockup for design approval within a few days.
For fastest processing time – After Purchase
- We will reply to your email with your shirt mockup for design approval (usually within 3-5 days).
- You can request up to (2) design updates. Once design is approved, we will print and ship!
- PLEASE NOTE:
Any changes made after a mock-up is created places your order to the back of the queue – so be sure to include any preferences in your message, along with your photo and order number.- More than (2) changes will result in an additional fee.
- More than (1) photo is a different price, please message before placing an order.
- Please keep all messages in the same thread with your order number, or risk delays.
